Characteristics of the IDEAL 4000 system

The strong structure of the profiles with a depth of 70 mm and large chambers for steel reinforcements guarantee optimal static parameters and enable the production of large-size windows. Now, in the configuration with the new half-flush sash in the IDEAL 4000 system, it is possible to create even warmer structures with glazing units up to 48 mm wide.

IDEAL 8000

IDEAL 8000 IS A MULTIFUNCTION SYSTEM USING THE MULTIFALZ TECHNOLOGY, OR AN OPTIONAL POSSIBILITY OF APPLICATION OF THE GLUED GLASS TECHNOLOGY.

Thanks to the new geometry of the glazing rebate, it is not only possible to use conventional glazing, but also to glue glazing. These technologies can be used alternately or combined depending on the needs, e.g. it is possible to improve the thermal properties of the structure by eliminating steel reinforcements or by using both steel reinforcement and glass bonding technology for larger windows, colors, etc., which increases the stiffness construction.

EXCEPTIONALLY WARM WINDOWS

The IDEAL 8000 system is a structure that guarantees above-average properties in terms of thermal insulation. 

For example, a reference window with dimensions of 1230 x 1480 mm when using a glazing unit with a coefficient of Ug = 0.5 W / m2 K achieves a thermal insulation coefficient of Uw = 0.76 W / m2 K. Such a window meets the requirements for windows in the so-called passive construction
